Smart Coding takes a holistic approach to sustainability, incorporating eco-efficient practices in the design, manufacture and operation of our equipment, as well as responsible supply chain management.
Our commitment reflects the reduction of waste generated during the marking process, the use of sustainable materials and inks, the implementation of technologies and processes that promote energy efficiency and help reduce environmental impact.
In line with this initiative, Smart Coding prioritises the use of vegetable oil-based MOF (Mineral Oil Free) inks. These inks not only provide effective coding, but also preserve the recyclability of the packaging board and do not affect the product. In addition, the ink bottles of our S-Print Series printers are 100% recyclable, closing the product life cycle in a responsible way. Through our advanced software, users have the ability to configure the amount of ink used per print, promoting more efficient printing.
